For example, if you clicked on our Google advertizement we do track this type of information for our own advertizing purposes.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Lumiere Candles ships merchandise to locations within the United States and Canada. Please remember that many of our products are hand made to order, however most orders will ship within one week of receipt. For example, place your order on Wednesday and our goal is to ship it by the beginning of the next week. Special orders may take a few days longer. In rare cases some custom orders may longer to ship. The buyer will be contacted and informed of this at the time of purchase.

    Shipping charges are based on the order total and location. You will see the total in the shopping cart prior to making your purchase. Because of the nature of our products please note that all shipments are fully insured against damage or loss. Insurance is included in the shipping charge. Here are some sample shipping charges for the U.S. based on the order total. This will give you a general idea based on your location:

    Orders over $250 are charged a freight charge at 7% of the order total plus a small regional surcharge which ranges from $0.50 to $2.00. 



  • Sales Tax

  • Lumiere Candles collects 7% sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site and delivered in the state of Georgia. Sales tax is not collected for any other state.



  • Return Policy

  • We accept returns on all of our products. We will refund the full purchase price, not including shipping. Our return requirements are as follows:

    • Items must be in original condition. We cannot issue refunds for any candles that show signs of scorching, melting, or any signs of use.
    • Due to the delicate nature of our product please use care when returning.
    • Please pack carefully to prevent damage during return shipping.
    • Please return using either US Postal Service or FedEx. We often have delivery problems with UPS and advise our customers not to use them when shipping returns to our location.
